STORE POLICY

Your Hand in Mine is a Saiouma zine exploring the changing nature of the relationship between Kokichi Ouma and Shuichi Saihara! The zine will be up for leftovers from April 10, 2024 to May 8, 2024, or when stock runs out.

LEFTOVER SALES

All items listed on our shop are currently in stock. Due to limited stock, we CANNOT replace any items once sold out. By purchasing leftovers, you are acknowledging that the item(s) cannot be replaced in the event of the item(s) becoming damaged in transit.

Please ensure that all your details are correct before placing an order. 

All leftover items will be shipped out within two weeks of the order being placed. Digital orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment.

All orders will be shipped from the United States.

SHIPPING

If you wish to make any changes to your shipping details, please submit a contact form or email within 1 week of purchase.
  • Address changes submitted after 1 week of purchase will not be accepted.
  • If a package bounced back or returned to us by the postal service due to incorrect address given to us by the customer, the customer will bear the cost of redelivery.

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes applied to all products. Import tax and other customs fees are not included in the cost listed on Bigcartel. 


RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY


We will not be accepting any returns during the leftover sale period. Please be sure about your purchase before finalizing your order.

Refunds will be given in the event of an inventory miscount. If you ordered an item(s) that is actually out of stock, you will be refunded the full price of the missing item and shipping (if there's no other items in the order to be delivered).

Due to the nature of leftover sales, replacements are not guaranteed. Refunds/replacement items (if stock allow) after packages have shipped will only be made if the error was done from our part, such as:
  • The incorrect address was entered on the shipping label and does not match what was provided by the customer. 
  • Incorrect/missing items that differ from what was ordered. Photographic or video proof of the items and mailer will be required (if possible, an unboxing video would be most helpful).
We will not issue a refund/replacement under the following circumstances:
  • Missing or damaged item(s) due to improper shipping and handling by the postal service.
  • Damage or loss of item(s) due to someone else e.g. a friend or family member handling your package.
  • Incorrect address that was not corrected prior to being shipped. However, if the package is returned, we can reship it for the cost of reshipping.
Please send us an email to discuss your options further for other circumstances.

The mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.


UNAVAILABLE AREAS

As per USPS policy, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Haiti, Israel, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen. The USPS has temporarily restricted shipments to these countries, with more information here.

Our digital bundle is still available everywhere, including the countries we don't ship to! They will be sent out via email to the address used to check out.
